At Orhan Luxury Fragrance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Our 10-Day Policy
You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange.
For Unopened Items: If you change your mind, you can return or exchange your perfume, provided the bottle remains unopened, the security seal is intact, and it is in its original packaging.
For Damaged/Defective Items: If your perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

Your Order Number.
The reason for the return.
A photo or video of the product (required if the item is damaged).
Important Notes
Condition: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, sprayed, or used.
Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or damaged by us, we will cover all shipping expenses.
